Can my child and I visit camp before his or her session begins?
Yes, we encourage parents and campers to attend the Open House on May 16, 2015. Hours are 1-4 p.m.
What should my camper bring each day?
Bring a sack lunch with drink in an insulated lunchbox. Also pack sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, and insect repellant. If your camper will sign up for horseback riding, also pack closed-toe shoes.
My child wanted to sign up for an interest group but it filled up. Can you help?
Yes! Please email or call the office and let us know that your child would like to participate in the interest group. We will communicate with his or her counselor and have your camper's name put at the top of the sign-up sheet for the next day's interest group.
My child needs to take medication during the day. What should I do?
Whippoorwill's registered nurse will be glad to help. Please complete the health history form and medication form.
My child is going to a friend’s house after camp and needs to ride another bus. What should I do?
Please give a note to your child's bus driver the day before your child will ride another bus.
Does Whippoorwill offer any before or after care?
Unfortunately, we do not offer before or after care.
