Welcome to the team! We are so excited to have you on staff.

Once you have accepted your summer position and received your contract, we ask that you:

1. Fill out your summer availability here.

  • This is where you will go to mark weeks you are available to work. Leave blank the week(s) you need off.
    • As a reminder, camp is closed May 31st and July 4-8 for the summer holidays.
  • If you need to miss 1-3 days, leave early, or arrive late, please mark that in the notes section of the form.
  • You may edit and update this form as your summer plans become clear up until Sunday, May 15th.
    • Any schedule changes after May 15th must be emailed to camp@whippoorwill.com and shared directly with a director.

2. Log into your staff account to complete the following paperwork:

If you have access to a printer, please note you may use the free app “Scannable” to scan your paperwork and email to camp@whippoorwill.com.

If you are a returning staff member, we will not needed a direct deposit form unless your account information has changed.
